Camorg Product Design
UX/UI
Camorg provides efficiency and assurance in the moving industry. The app used AI technology to provide a quick intake of inventory of clients’ items and provide live footage of items to reassure clients their items are protected. The moving industry can deliver better services because of the benefits of implementing AI technologies.
Project Goals:
The goal was to create an application and a product that best performed the AI capabilities. The application type would need to be appropriate for the moving business and would need to have a user-centered interface design. Research conducted would help guide the construction of the user experience and interface. The project also required a low-fidelity prototype of the AI product.
The beginning steps in my design process were finding a problem and figuring out how AI technology can help solve that problem. To help reduce negative customer experience and build a more reliable inventory system for the moving industry I created a tablet app and camera that communicate information with each other. I created a user flow chart to better understand the user path needed to complete the popular task. I was about to conduct usability testing among a couple of people and collected data that could be used to improve user experience.
The low-fidelity prototype of the camera helps demonstrate the product’s mobility and capabilities. The AI camera sends information to the app and organizes it for quicker inventory service. This study allowed me to think of how new technology can be combined with traditional tasks to improve performance. Research and usability testing is vital to designing a user-centered application.
